1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 11phcash platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 11phcash (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account and use the 11phcash platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Service is intended for users located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your location, you must not use the Service.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any changes to your contact details.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

2.4 Identity Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 11phcash account using the payment methods available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos).
• Deposits are processed instantly or within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method used.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• We reserve the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

4.3 Fees

11phcash does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may impose its own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 11phcash platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

11phcash offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.

For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager ₱15,000 (₱500 × 30) before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.

5.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less (e.g., 10% or 20%). Game contribution percentages will be specified in the bonus terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player is abusing bonuses or promotions. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games on the 11phcash platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The RNG is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party agencies to verify its integrity.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical percentage of wagered funds that will be returned to players over time. RTP percentages are available in the game information section and are independently verified.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve the issue promptly. If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

6.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will be resolved according to the game's rules. In most cases, the game will resume from where it left off when you reconnect. If a game cannot be resumed, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the Service to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or interact with the Service.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or any of its components.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 11phcash staff.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use your account or access the Service.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11phcash platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of 11phcash or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 11phcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 11phcash's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and wagering requirements.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any bonuses and may forfeit your account balance if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from the Service. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or create a new account. For more information, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or a similar arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the 11phcash website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, such as by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
